DU rubber belt vacuum filter is a device that realizes solid-liquid separation by vacuum negative pressure. In structure, the filter section is arranged along the horizontal length, which can continuously complete filtration, washing, blotting, filter cloth regeneration, etc. . The equipment has the advantages of high automation, large production capacity, good washing effect, low filter cake moisture, flexible operation and simple maintenance.

3. Convenient filter technology: cake thickness, water washing, counter current decantation stages, vacuum degree, filter speed can be adjusted for optimistic effect.
4. Fine decantation effect: even and thorough multi-stage advection or counter current decantation makes collection and reuse of mother liquor and washing liquor separately.
5. Operation:continuous, and fully automatic operation, filtration speed with frequency control.
6. Control system: PLC program fully automatic-controlled system , DCS remote interface to realize remote monitoring and operation 
7. The frame: made of high quality seamless square steel pipe (10#-12#) with sandblast and high strength fluorin-carbon finish, makes anticorrosive ability keep more than 8 years.
8. Rubber belt: supported by air cushion or water to reduce the resistance and is good to prolong service life of the rubber belt.
9. High quality bearing: with full airproof bearing seat, available to run more than 3 years.

11. The main body are made of stainless steel (304), including vacuum box, fender, flume, waterproof cover, muzzle and sheets, etc.
Working Process

 

Du Sludge Dewatering Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter for Gypsum DehydrationStep 1: Feed slurry is distributed continuously on the filter cloth.
Step 2: Vacuum sucks the liquid into the vacuum box through the filter cloth, but the solid remains on the filter
cloth.
Step 3: The vacuum pulls air through the filter cake and continues to remove moisture from the filter cake as filter cloth moves forward
Step 4:The filter cake is washed by the washing device to get rid of impurities. Additional drying of the filter cakes follows the washing.
Step 5: In the end,the filter cake is discharged from the filter cloth to a conveyor to next process step.
Step 6: The filtrate and air in the vacuum box flow through filtrate pipe and a gas-water separator.
