1. Waste generation
Waste mud is one of the major sources of pollution in the oil and gas industry. It is a kind of steady-state colloidal suspension system containing clay, weighting materials, various chemical treatment agents, sewage, sewage oil and cuttings. The main components harmful to the environment are hydrocarbons, salts, various polymers and wood. Sulfonic acid salts, certain metal ions (mercury, copper, arsenic, chromium, zinc and lead) and impurities in barite. In order to prevent the drilling sludge from polluting the environment, it must be treated.
2. Disposal of mud and cuttings curing process
The waste drilling fluid, mud and waste water separated by the vibrating screen, the sand removing device and the centrifuge are sent to the mud buffer collecting device via the screw conveyor. When the drilling operation reaches the mud layer, the slurry is mainly composed of mud and drilling fluid. The pump is used to add the glue and the coagulant to the coagulation tank through the pipeline mixer to break the glue and flocculate, so as to make the liquid phase and solid in the mud. The phase separation, the filter press performs solid-liquid separation, and the mud cake is collected and sent to the storage site. The landfill is centralized and the separation liquid enters the high-efficiency integrated machine. The high-efficiency integrated machine integrates oxidation, reduction, flocculation, air flotation and HS-ACF-Fenton to achieve decomposition, destabilization, complexation, adsorption, condensation, and flotation. For sedimentation and other purposes, the effluent can be directly sent to the municipal sewage treatment plant for further treatment after filtration, and then passed through the adsorption purification device to make the effluent meet the national emission standard, discharge or return to production.

2 ceramic double cylinder pump
The pump is specially designed for the oil field filter press pump, which is a hydraulically driven double-cylinder double-acting ceramic plunger mud pump with ceramic alumina plunger and combined sealing. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, stable operation, reliable work, low noise, high working pressure, small pressure fluctuation, small volume, light weight, convenient operation and installation, long service life and the like. The pump cooling system is applied in the oil field, and is equipped with two buffer water tanks and a transfer pump, which completely solves the problem of landing of the water source and meets the requirements of the oil field mud not falling. The reciprocating pump feed valve, pipe and mixing tank are welded and installed. The DN100 hammering of the discharge port is convenient and quick to connect with the filter press inlet.
3 dosing mixing system and dosing pump
The dosing and mixing system also uses WNJ-7, 5 stirrer, power 7, 5KW explosion-proof, and the dosing pump uses vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump. Dosing pipes and valves are all installed.
