Production and processing:
The jack filter press is mainly composed of three parts, namely: the frame part, the filtering part and the pressing device. When the filter press is working, turn the hand wheel, drive the compression plate through the pinion gear and the large gear, and press the filter plate and the filter medium (filter cloth) between the pressure plate and the thrust plate to press It is ensured that the filtered material (slurry) with working pressure is subjected to pressure filtration in the filter chamber.
(1) Rack part: The frame forms the basis of the filter press to support the filter mechanism and connect other components. It is mainly composed of a thrust plate, a pressing plate, a pressing portion and a main beam.
(2) Filtering section: It consists of a filter plate arranged in a certain order on the main beam and a filter medium (filter cloth) sandwiched between the filter plates to form a filter unit (filter chamber).
(3) Compression part: It is the power device of the filter press. The main components are pinion, large gear, screw and so on.
