Wood pellet machine Products Description
We can make pellet making line from 500kg/h to 12t/h which is included crusher, dryer, pellet maker, cooling, packing and other auxiliary equipments. The whole line is compact structure, small occupation, low consumption and high efficiency.
The biomass pellet machine can be made from any type of wood, straw waste, forestry wastes, lumber leftover, sawdust, wood chips, wood bark and all type of agriculture stuff, such as rice husk, bamboo dust, sugarcane, coffee husk, paddy straws, sunflower/cotton/corn stalks and so on.

The main process of the complete wood pellet production line includes:
1). Wood crusher     : crush the big wood into small pieces like sawdust;
2). Dryer                   : dry the raw material to proper moisture before making pellets;
3). Wood Pellet mill   : press raw material into pellets;
4). Cooler                 : cool down pellets and remove certain moisture;
5). Screener             : remove dust, and broken pellets;
6). Packager             : pack pellets into bags of required weight;
7). Control Cabinet   : Control all machine of whole wood pellet production line.
